How do I know the visit actually happened?: After every visit we send a same-day photo of your loved one's grave with the fresh flowers in place visible in your private portal, along with a personal note from the person who was there.

What happens to old or existing flowers and items on the grave?: We gently remove wilted or dead flowers and tidy the area, while respecting and leaving any personal items or arrangements already placed by family.

Can I make special, cultural, or religious requests?: Yes. You can set flower preferences, request specific arrangements for cultural or faith customs, and add important dates so we visit on the days that matter most.
